These Air Fryer Zucchini Chips are golden, crunchy, and totally addictive. Made with fresh zucchini, breadcrumbs, and Parmesan, they’re a healthier alternative to fried snacks—perfect for dipping, sharing, or enjoying all on your own


Ingredients

Scale

2 medium zucchini, sliced into ¼-inch rounds

½ cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs, beaten

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp paprika (optional, for extra flavor)

Salt & black pepper, to taste

Cooking spray or light drizzle of oil


Instructions

Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

Pat zucchini slices dry with paper towels.

Set up 3 bowls: flour (with salt & pepper), beaten eggs, and breadcrumb mix (panko + Parmesan + spices).

Coat zucchini: dip each slice in flour, then egg, then breadcrumb mixture. Press gently so crumbs stick.

Arrange zucchini rounds in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray with oil.

Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.

Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
