Description

These cheesy garlic butter rollups are the ultimate comfort food, featuring gooey cheese wrapped in a flaky crescent dough and brushed with a rich garlic butter mixture.


Ingredients

  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic, dried herbs, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese over the wider end of each triangle, and drizzle with garlic butter mixture.
  5. Roll the dough from the wider end toward the point, pinching the edges to seal.
  6. Place rollups on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush tops with remaining garlic butter.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  8. Let cool for a couple of minutes before serving warm.

Notes

Serve with marinara sauce for dipping. You can customize with other fillings like ham or veggies.
