- 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic, dried herbs, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese over the wider end of each triangle, and drizzle with garlic butter mixture.
- Roll the dough from the wider end toward the point, pinching the edges to seal.
- Place rollups on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush tops with remaining garlic butter.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Let cool for a couple of minutes before serving warm.
Notes
Serve with marinara sauce for dipping. You can customize with other fillings like ham or veggies.
