Description
This cinnamon sugar crescent roll pizza is quick, easy, and irresistibly sweet. With buttery crescent dough, warm cinnamon sugar, and an optional glaze drizzle, it’s the perfect treat for brunch, dessert, or a cozy snack.
Ingredients
1 can (8 oz) crescent roll dough (or crescent sheet dough)
3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
½ cup powdered sugar (optional, for glaze)
1–2 tsp milk or cream (optional, for glaze)
Instructions
Prepare the Dough – Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Unroll crescent dough and press seams together to form a rectangle or circle.
Brush with Butter – Spread melted butter evenly over the dough, all the way to the edges.
Add Cinnamon Sugar – Mix cinnamon and sugar together, then sprinkle evenly over the buttered dough.
Bake – Bake for 10–12 minutes, until golden brown and puffed.
Glaze (Optional) – Stir powdered sugar with milk/cream until smooth, then drizzle over warm pizza.
Slice & Serve – Let cool slightly, then cut into squares or wedges. Enjoy warm.
Notes
Press seams firmly so the filling doesn’t leak during baking.
Add mini chocolate chips, nuts, or caramel drizzle for extra flavor.
Best eaten fresh, but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
