- 1/2 cup unsweetened whipped cream (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Gather all your ingredients.
- Soften the Gelatin: Sprinkle the gelatin over cold water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
- Blend the Cottage Cheese: In a food processor, blend cottage cheese, lemon juice, lemon zest, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
