Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Wash and chop the cauliflower and broccoli into bite-sized florets.
  2. Steam the cauliflower and broccoli for about 5-7 minutes until tender but still crisp. Drain any excess water.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Blend until creamy and smooth. Stir in half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Mix the steamed cauliflower and broccoli with the cheese sauce until well-coated.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly in a casserole dish and top with the remaining shredded cheddar and a sprinkle of paprika if desired.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
