- 1 head of cauliflower
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Wash and chop the cauliflower and broccoli into bite-sized florets.
- Steam the cauliflower and broccoli for about 5-7 minutes until tender but still crisp. Drain any excess water.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Blend until creamy and smooth. Stir in half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Mix the steamed cauliflower and broccoli with the cheese sauce until well-coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a casserole dish and top with the remaining shredded cheddar and a sprinkle of paprika if desired.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
