Description
A wholesome Moroccan-inspired dish combining tender chicken and aromatic spices wrapped in soft flatbread.
Ingredients

- 1 lb Chicken Breast, cubed
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Coriander
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Fresh herbs (cilantro or parsley), chopped
- 4 Flatbreads
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Cut chicken breast into small cubes.
- Sauté Aromatics: Heat olive oil in a skillet, add onions and garlic, and sauté until soft (3-4 mins).
- Add Spices: Mix in cumin, coriander, cinnamon, and paprika; stir for 1 min.
- Cook the Chicken: Add cubed chicken to skillet; cook until no longer pink (7-10 mins).
- Incorporate Herbs and Lemon: Remove from heat and stir in fresh herbs and lemon juice.
- Assemble the Flatbread: Spoon chicken mixture onto half of flatbread, fold to seal.
- Toast the Flatbread: Cook stuffed flatbread in skillet until golden brown (2-3 mins each side).
- Serve: Slice into wedges and serve immediately.
Notes
Serve with side salad or yogurt for extra flavor. Adjust spice levels to preference.
