Ingredients

  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons instant yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • ½ cup raspberry preserves
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Mix until combined.
  2. Warm milk and melt butter, then mix with dry ingredients until sticky dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  4. Let the dough rise in a greased bowl for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
  5. Punch down the dough, roll out to a 12×18 inch rectangle.
  6. Spread cream cheese and raspberry preserves evenly over the dough.
  7. Roll tightly and cut into 12 equal pieces, placing in a greased baking dish.
  8. Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  9. Preheat oven to 350°F and bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Mix powdered sugar with milk for glaze and drizzle over warm rolls before serving.
