- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons instant yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup whole milk
- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese
- ½ cup raspberry preserves
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Mix until combined.
- Warm milk and melt butter, then mix with dry ingredients until sticky dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Let the dough rise in a greased bowl for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
- Punch down the dough, roll out to a 12×18 inch rectangle.
- Spread cream cheese and raspberry preserves evenly over the dough.
- Roll tightly and cut into 12 equal pieces, placing in a greased baking dish.
- Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F and bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix powdered sugar with milk for glaze and drizzle over warm rolls before serving.
