A fun and interactive twist on classic spaghetti served in delicious garlic bread bowls.
Ingredients

- 1 Baguette or Italian Bread
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 8 oz Spaghetti
- 2 cups Tomato Sauce
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the baguette lengthwise but do not cut all the way through.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, parsley, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
- Spread the garlic mixture on the cut sides of the bread.
- Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Boil salted water and cook the spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and return to pot.
- Add tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to the spaghetti; stir until coated.
- Carefully fill each garlic bread bowl with the spaghetti mixture.
- Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Return to the oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with additional parsley if desired.
Notes
For a healthier option, use whole wheat pasta or consider cauliflower bread bowls for a low-carb twist.
