  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 dash Hot Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients before starting to ensure a smooth cooking process.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Whisk in the flour for about 2 minutes until it becomes a light golden color.
  3. Slowly pour in the milk while continuously whisking to avoid clumping. Cook until thickens enough to coat the back of a spoon, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat to low and add cream cheese, stirring until melted. Gradually add the sharp cheddar, stirring until the sauce is smooth.
  5. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, hot sauce, salt, and pepper. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
