- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

- Black food coloring
- ½ cup raspberry jam
- Edible roses for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
- Add a few drops of black food coloring and mix to achieve the desired shade.
- Divide the batter among the cupcake liners and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the cupcakes to cool in the tin for 10 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Prepare your raspberry jam, ensuring it’s at room temperature.
- Once cooled, use a small knife to remove a portion of the center of each cupcake and fill with raspberry jam.
- Frost with your favorite buttercream, placing edible roses on top for decoration.
