Description

A delightful and healthier treat made with Greek yogurt, Nutella, bananas, and nuts.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (or dairy-free option)
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pistachios)
  • Honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt with sweetener (if using) and stir until smooth.
  3. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the baking sheet and spread it evenly about 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Dollop spoonfuls of Nutella on top and swirl it with a toothpick.
  5. Sprinkle sliced bananas and chopped nuts over the yogurt mixture.
  6. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 120 minutes or until completely firm.
  7. Once frozen, remove from the baking sheet, peel off parchment and break into pieces.

Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks.
