A delightful and healthier treat made with Greek yogurt, Nutella, bananas, and nuts.
Ingredients

- 2 cups Greek yogurt (or dairy-free option)
- 1/2 cup Nutella
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pistachios)
- Honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt with sweetener (if using) and stir until smooth.
- Pour the yogurt mixture onto the baking sheet and spread it evenly about 1/2 inch thick.
- Dollop spoonfuls of Nutella on top and swirl it with a toothpick.
- Sprinkle sliced bananas and chopped nuts over the yogurt mixture.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 120 minutes or until completely firm.
- Once frozen, remove from the baking sheet, peel off parchment and break into pieces.

Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks.
