Ingredients
- Beef Tenderloin
- Baguette
- Parmesan Cheese
- Heavy Cream
- Garlic
- Fresh Thyme
- Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- Season the beef tenderloin generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil, and sear the beef on all sides for 3-4 minutes each until desired doneness.
- Let the beef rest for at least 5 minutes.
- Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick pieces, drizzle with olive oil, and toast in a preheated oven at 400°F for 5-7 minutes.
- In the skillet, add diced garlic, sauté for 1 minute, then slowly add heavy cream, stirring frequently. Whisk in grated Parmesan and fresh thyme until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Slice the rested beef and layer on each toasted baguette slice. Spoon the Parmesan cream sauce over each piece.
- Serve immediately, garnished with extra thyme if desired.
Notes
