  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease an 8×8 inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the rolled oats, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the cottage cheese, eggs, milk, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and gently fold in the blueberries.
  6. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth it out.
