- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, protein powder, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- Mix in the Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the almond milk, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Incorporate the Blueberries: Gently fold the blueberries into the dry mix.
- Combine Wet and Dry Mixtures: Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
- Pour into a Baking Dish: Transfer the mixture into a greased 8×8 inch baking dish.
