Ingredients
- Frozen blueberries (2 cups)
- Refrigerated biscuit dough (2 cans)
- Granulated sugar (1/2 cup)
- Brown sugar (1/2 cup)
- Cinnamon (1 tablespoon)
- Unsalted butter (1/2 cup)
- Vanilla extract (1 teaspoon)
- Powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- If using frozen blueberries, thaw them in a microwave-safe bowl and drain excess water.
- In a medium bowl, combine granulated sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Open the biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the biscuit pieces and blueberries, and gently toss them together.
- Sprinkle the sugar mixture over the biscuit and blueberry mixture and toss to coat.
- Melt the butter and pour it into a bundt pan, then arrange the biscuit pieces and blueberries in the pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a serving plate and dust with powdered sugar if desired.
Notes
For a healthier alternative, use whole wheat or gluten-free biscuit dough, and consider coconut oil instead of butter.
