Delicious chicken poppers filled with cream cheese, cheddar, and jalapeños, perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients

- 1 lb Chicken Breast, diced
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2 Jalapeños, diced
- 2 tbsp Ranch Seasoning
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix diced chicken with salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning.
- In another bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, and remaining ranch seasoning; mix well.
- Fold the seasoned chicken into the cheese mixture.
- Mold the mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.
- Whisk the egg in one bowl and place breadcrumbs in another. Dip each ball in the egg then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place the poppers on a lined baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 25 minutes.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve with dipping sauces like ranch or spicy aioli.
