Delicious chicken poppers filled with cream cheese, cheddar, and jalapeños, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken Breast, diced
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 Jalapeños, diced
  • 2 tbsp Ranch Seasoning
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix diced chicken with salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning.
  3. In another bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, and remaining ranch seasoning; mix well.
  4. Fold the seasoned chicken into the cheese mixture.
  5. Mold the mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.
  6. Whisk the egg in one bowl and place breadcrumbs in another. Dip each ball in the egg then coat with breadcrumbs.
  7. Place the poppers on a lined baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 25 minutes.
  8. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with dipping sauces like ranch or spicy aioli.
