  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the unsweetened shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, egg whites, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until blended.
  3. Form the mixture into small mounds or bars and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet, ensuring they are about 1 inch apart.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown. Keep an eye on them to prevent overbaking.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
