Description

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Grease a pizza stone or an oven-safe baking tray with olive oil.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, eggs, and shredded mozzarella.
  4. Stir in the almond flour, baking powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly onto your prepared baking surface, forming it into a round pizza shape.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and set.
  7. Add your favorite pizza toppings and return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
