Ingredients

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ cup panko bread crumbs

2 eggs, whisked

Olive oil or neutral oil for frying


Instructions

  • Pat chicken dry and season with salt and pepper.
  • Dredge in flour, dip in eggs, and coat in panko-parmesan mix.
