  • Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease the basket with oil spray.
  • Unroll the crescent dough and press the seams together to form a single rectangle. If you’re using puff pastry, roll it out to a roughly 9-by-12 inch sheet and trim any edges.
  • Layer a thin line of mozzarella along the dough, then top with pepperoni. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the top.
  • Roll the dough away from you into a tight log, pinching the seam to seal. If using crescent dough, trim the ends, then cut the log into 1-inch pinwheels.
  • Place the pinwheels in a single layer in the air fryer basket with the cut side down. Brush tops with the beaten egg wash and give a light spray of oil.
