Description

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup milk (or almond/coconut milk)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)
  • Large marshmallows
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine pancake mix, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Heat about 2 inches of vegetable oil in a frying pan to 350°F (175°C).
  3. Optionally freeze marshmallows for 10 minutes to prevent melting.
  4. Dip each marshmallow into the batter until fully coated.
  5. Carefully fry coated marshmallows in hot oil for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
