- ½ cup butter, softened

- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the butter and sugar mixture, mixing until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.
- Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool for about 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
