Description
These cranberry brie bites are the ultimate holiday appetizer—flaky crescent dough cups filled with creamy brie, tart cranberry sauce, crunchy pecans, and a hint of rosemary. They’re festive, quick to make, and always a crowd favorite at parties.
Ingredients
1 sheet refrigerated crescent dough (8 oz)
Flour, for dusting
Cooking spray, for muffin tin
8 oz brie cheese (keep rind on for easier slicing)
½ cup whole berry cranberry sauce
⅓ cup chopped roasted unsalted pecans
Fresh rosemary sprigs, for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly spray a 24-cup mini muffin tin.
On a floured surface, roll out crescent dough. Pinch seams together and cut into 24 equal squares.
Press each square into the prepared muffin cups.
Slice brie into 24 small pieces and place one piece in each dough cup.
Spoon about 1 teaspoon cranberry sauce over the brie.
Sprinkle with pecans and top with a small rosemary sprig.
Bake 15 minutes, or until pastry is golden and brie is melted.
Let cool for 3–5 minutes before serving warm.
Notes
Brie tip: Freeze brie for 10 minutes before slicing for neater cuts.
Flavor swaps: Try raspberry or fig jam instead of cranberry sauce.
Make ahead: Assemble bites up to 24 hours in advance; cover and refrigerate until ready to bake.
Leftovers: Store in an airtight container in the fridge up to 3 days. Reheat at 350°F for 5–7 minutes.
