Ingredients

- 1 lb Ground Beef (or Lamb)
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 Carrots, diced
- 1 cup Corn, drained
- 3–4 medium Potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup Beef Broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce (or Soy Sauce)
- Cheese, shredded (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef or lamb until browned, about 8-10 minutes.
- Stir in chopped onion and diced carrots, cooking until soft, about 5 minutes.
- Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, then simmer for a few minutes.
- Boil chopped potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and mash with butter and milk.
- Spoon the meat mixture into ramekins or a baking dish, topping generously with mashed potatoes.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Notes
For a healthier version, swap ground beef for ground turkey and use cauliflower mash instead of potatoes.
