Ingredients
2 cups granola (choose your favorite blend)
6 tbsp butter, melted
1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
1 ½ cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
½ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for drizzling)
Instructions
Prepare the crust: Crush granola slightly and mix with melted butter until coated. Press into a 9-inch pie dish, covering the bottom and sides. Chill for 20 minutes.
Make the filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add yogurt, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Mix until creamy and fluffy.
Assemble: Spread the filling evenly into the chilled crust.
Top with berries: Arrange fresh berries in your preferred pattern.
Chill & serve: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before slicing. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup just before serving, if desired.
