Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef (80/20)
- 1 cup lump crab meat
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Chopped fresh herbs (parsley or dill)
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 4 brioche or artisan rolls
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Dill pickles, for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt and pepper gently; form into four patties.
- In a separate bowl, combine crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and fresh herbs; mix gently.
- Heat a griddle over medium-high heat and cook patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, adding Swiss cheese in the last minute.
- Toast the buns on the griddle until golden brown.
- Assemble the burger with the patty, crab mixture, pickles, and other desired toppings.
Notes
For a healthier option, swap ground beef for ground turkey or chicken and use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise.
