Ingredients

- 3 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon dried Italian herbs
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, Italian herbs, baking powder, and salt; whisk until mixed.
- In another bowl, mix vegetable oil, warm water, and honey/maple syrup.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms.
- Knead dough gently on a floured surface and divide it into small pieces.
- Roll each piece into a ball and coat with garlic powder, herbs, and oil.
- Layer the dough balls in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
