Description

A deliciously soft and savory gluten-free pull-apart bread infused with garlic and herbs.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried Italian herbs
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, Italian herbs, baking powder, and salt; whisk until mixed.
  3. In another bowl, mix vegetable oil, warm water, and honey/maple syrup.
  4. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms.
  5. Knead dough gently on a floured surface and divide it into small pieces.
  6. Roll each piece into a ball and coat with garlic powder, herbs, and oil.
  7. Layer the dough balls in the prepared baking dish.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
