- 1 cup Unsalted Butter
- 2 cups Granulated Sugar
- 4 large Eggs
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1 cup Root Beer
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Melt the unsalted butter in a medium saucepan over low heat.
- Remove from heat and stir in granulated sugar until smooth.
- Whisk in the eggs one at a time and add the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour and cocoa powder, then fold into the wet mixture.
- Gently fold in the root beer till combined.
- Add chocolate chips and mix well.
- Fold in marshmallows until evenly distributed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared dish and bake for about 30 minutes.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
