Ingredients

  • 2 cups Granulated Sugar
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 cup Root Beer

  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Melt the unsalted butter in a medium saucepan over low heat.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in granulated sugar until smooth.
  4. Whisk in the eggs one at a time and add the vanilla extract.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix flour and cocoa powder, then fold into the wet mixture.
  6. Gently fold in the root beer till combined.
  7. Add chocolate chips and mix well.
  8. Fold in marshmallows until evenly distributed.
  9. Pour the batter into the prepared dish and bake for about 30 minutes.
