- 2 1/4 tsp Instant Yeast
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup Butter, softened
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Mini Marshmallows
- 1/2 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
Instructions
- Prepare the Dough: Mix warm milk, yeast, and sugar in a bowl. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: Whisk together flour and salt, then gradually add to the yeast mixture.
- Knead the Dough: Knead on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Let the Dough Rise: Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Roll Out the Dough: Roll into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
- Fill the Dough: Spread softened butter, sprinkle graham cracker crumbs, chocolate chips, and mini marshmallows on the dough.
- Roll and Cut: Roll tightly into a log and slice into pieces.
- Second Rise: Let the rolls rise for another 15-20 minutes.
- Bake the Rolls: Preheat oven to 350°F and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve and Enjoy: Allow to cool slightly before serving, optionally drizzle with chocolate.
Notes
For a lower-calorie version, consider using whole wheat flour and reducing the sugar. Enjoy with ice cream for an indulgent treat.
