Ingredients

  • 1 cup Milk

  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Mini Marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dough: Mix warm milk, yeast, and sugar in a bowl. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
  2. Combine Dry Ingredients: Whisk together flour and salt, then gradually add to the yeast mixture.
  3. Knead the Dough: Knead on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  4. Let the Dough Rise: Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 30 minutes.
  5. Roll Out the Dough: Roll into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
  6. Fill the Dough: Spread softened butter, sprinkle graham cracker crumbs, chocolate chips, and mini marshmallows on the dough.
  7. Roll and Cut: Roll tightly into a log and slice into pieces.
  8. Second Rise: Let the rolls rise for another 15-20 minutes.
  9. Bake the Rolls: Preheat oven to 350°F and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Serve and Enjoy: Allow to cool slightly before serving, optionally drizzle with chocolate.

Notes
