- 1 cup pitted green olives
- 1 cup feta cheese
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh herbs (parsley or dill)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients on the counter.
- In a food processor, blend the pitted olives, feta cheese, and cream cheese until smooth.
- Add minced garlic, olive oil, and fresh herbs to the processor. Blend until combined and adjust seasoning with lemon juice and black pepper.
- If too thick, add more olive oil or a splash of water for desired consistency.
- Transfer to a serving bowl, cover, and chill for 30 minutes before serving.
