2 kiwis, peeled and sliced into rounds
2 green apples, cored and cut into bite-sized chunks
300 grams pineapple chunks
150 grams strawberries, hulled and halved
5 fresh mint leaves for garnish
12 wooden skewers, pre-soaked in water
240 ml Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon lime zest
1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Prep the fruit: rinse everything well, pat dry, and cut as described above to create crisp, colorful pieces.
Make the dip: whisk together Greek yogurt, honey, lime zest, and a pinch of salt. Chill for 10 minutes while you assemble.
Thread with care: on each skewer, alternate green fruit with red fruit to mimic the Grinch’s green-and-red vibe. Aim for 5–7 pieces per skewer, ending with a green fruit.
Chill the skewers: refrigerate the platter for 10–15 minutes to help the fruit stay crisp and colors pop.
Serve with a dip pass: set the dipping bowl on the side, or drizzle a light trail of the yogurt mixture over the platter. Garnish with a mint sprig.
