Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients: shred cooked chicken, chop green onions, and blend cottage cheese until smooth.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine blended cottage cheese and Greek yogurt, stirring until creamy.
- Fold in shredded chicken and buffalo sauce, adjusting the amount to your spice preference.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika, mixing thoroughly.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 20 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
