Description

Delicious heart-shaped brownies perfect for celebrating love and special occasions.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
  3. Remove the butter from heat and stir in granulated sugar. Add eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Grease a heart-shaped brownie pan or line it with parchment paper.
  7. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  8. Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before cutting them into heart shapes.

Notes

For a healthier alternative, consider using coconut oil instead of butter, and flax eggs in place of regular eggs.
