- ½ cup Milk

- Buttercream Filling: Powdered sugar, unsalted butter, vanilla extract, and a splash of milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease your Twinkie mold or mini loaf pans with butter or oil.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and add milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Gradually fold the wet ingredients into the dry mixture.
- Pour the batter into the prepared molds, filling each cavity about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let them cool in the pans for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- In a medium bowl, cream together unsalted butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk for the filling.
- Fill each Twinkie with buttercream using a piping bag.
