  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Rinse the chicken thighs under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  2. Marinate the Chicken: In a medium bowl, combine honey, BBQ sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Whisk until blended. Add chicken thighs and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  4. Cook the Chicken: Place marinated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Optionally, broil for the last 3-5 minutes.
