1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated

1 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tsp sesame oil
For the Noodles:

8 oz egg noodles or rice noodles

Instructions

Prep the Beef: Pat beef slices dry with paper towels. Toss with cornstarch, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Fry Until Crispy: Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Fry beef in batches until golden and crispy, about 2–3 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.

Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.

Cook the Noodles: Boil noodles in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
