  • 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp Prepared Horseradish
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Onion, finely diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh Parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, sharp cheddar cheese, prepared horseradish, breadcrumbs, and egg. Add onion, garlic, and Dijon mustard. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix the ingredients gently until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish or lined loaf pan and shape into a loaf form.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
