- 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp Prepared Horseradish
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg
- 1 Onion, finely diced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Fresh Parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, sharp cheddar cheese, prepared horseradish, breadcrumbs, and egg. Add onion, garlic, and Dijon mustard. Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix the ingredients gently until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish or lined loaf pan and shape into a loaf form.
- Bake for 45 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
For a lower-fat option, you can substitute turkey for the chicken. Use gluten-free breadcrumbs if needed.
