Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Spread an even layer of ricotta cheese over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Tear the fresh mozzarella into chunks and scatter them over the ricotta. Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and arrange them evenly across the pizza.
- Drizzle olive oil over the top and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Transfer your pizza to the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and immediately drizzle with hot honey and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
