Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Spread an even layer of ricotta cheese over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Tear the fresh mozzarella into chunks and scatter them over the ricotta. Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and arrange them evenly across the pizza.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the top and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  6. Transfer your pizza to the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Remove the pizza from the oven and immediately drizzle with hot honey and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
