- 1 can Crushed Tomatoes
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced

Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook for 5 minutes until translucent.
- Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the crushed tomatoes, season with salt and pepper. Bring to a gentle simmer for 10 minutes.
- Create small wells in the sauce and crack an egg into each. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes until the whites are set but yolks remain runny.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately with crusty bread.
