Description

A delightful fusion of creamy cheesecake and fluffy King’s Hawaiian rolls, perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

  • King’s Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
  • Cream Cheese
  • Granulated Sugar
  • Eggs
  • Sour Cream
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Cinnamon
  • Powdered Sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, granulated sugar, eggs, sour cream, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Beat with a hand mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Slice the King’s Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally.
  4. Position the bottom halves of the rolls in a greased baking dish and pour half of the cheesecake filling over the rolls.
  5. Layer the top halves of the rolls and pour the remaining cheesecake filling over them.
  6. Bake for about 30 minutes, until the filling is set and the tops are golden brown. Cover with foil if browning too quickly.
  7. Allow to cool in the pan for at least 10-15 minutes before slicing. Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

Consider using low-fat cream cheese or dairy-free alternatives for a healthier version.
