Ingredients
- King’s Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
- Cream Cheese
- Granulated Sugar
- Eggs
- Sour Cream
- Vanilla Extract
- Cinnamon
- Powdered Sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, granulated sugar, eggs, sour cream, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Beat with a hand mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Slice the King’s Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally.
- Position the bottom halves of the rolls in a greased baking dish and pour half of the cheesecake filling over the rolls.
- Layer the top halves of the rolls and pour the remaining cheesecake filling over them.
- Bake for about 30 minutes, until the filling is set and the tops are golden brown. Cover with foil if browning too quickly.
- Allow to cool in the pan for at least 10-15 minutes before slicing. Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm or at room temperature.
