Description

Korean Corn Cheese is a delightful snack that combines sweet corn with creamy cheeses, delivering a flavor-packed experience perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups sweet corn (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine sweet corn, mayonnaise, butter, chopped green onions, garlic powder, and salt and pepper. Stir until evenly coated.
  3. Fold in the mozzarella and cheddar cheese to the corn mixture.
  4. Spoon the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until bubbling and golden.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute, then serve hot.

Notes
