Ingredients

- Flatbread or Pizza Dough
- Ground Lamb or Beef
- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons Tomato Paste
- 1 Bell Pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
- Spices (Cumin, Paprika, Pepper Flakes to taste)
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Prepare the dough by rolling it out on a floured surface.
- In a bowl, mix together the ground meat, onion, bell pepper, parsley, tomato paste, and spices, then season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the filling evenly over the dough, leaving a border.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
