- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbsp Earl Grey Tea (loose leaf or bags)
- 1 cup Blackberries
- 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter (for greasing)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Grease a 9-inch springform pan with butter and line the bottom with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar, mixing until smooth.
- Add Greek yogurt, mixing well, then incorporate the eggs one at a time.
- Steep Earl Grey tea in hot water, then cool and add it with vanilla extract to the batter.
- Fold in blackberries gently, reserving some for garnish.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 50 minutes, until edges are set.
- Cool in the oven for 15 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
Serve with fresh fruit topping, whipped cream, or a dusting of powdered sugar. Pair with a cup of Earl Grey tea for an enhanced experience.
