Description
A delicious low calorie dessert that satisfies your sweet tooth with frozen bananas, peanut butter, and dark chocolate.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe Bananas
- 1/4 cup Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate (at least 70% cocoa)
- 1/4 cup Chopped Nuts (almonds or walnuts)
- 1 pinch Sea Salt
Instructions
- Peel bananas and slice them into thick rounds, about 1 inch each.
- In a small bowl, stir together the peanut butter and a pinch of sea salt.
- Scoop out a bit of the peanut butter mixture and place it on half of the banana slices. Top with another banana slice to create sandwiches.
- Arrange the banana sandwiches on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for at least 2 hours.
- Once frozen, melt dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Dip each banana sandwich into the melted chocolate, allowing excess chocolate to drip off.
- Sprinkle chopped nuts on top while the chocolate is still wet, then return the bites to the baking sheet and freeze for another 30 minutes.
Notes
Store leftover banana Snickers in an airtight container covered with parchment paper for up to one month.
