Description

A delicious twist on traditional pizza using naan bread as the base, topped with vibrant Mediterranean ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of naan bread
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Balsamic glaze for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Brush both sides of the naan lightly with olive oil.
  3. Place a handful of fresh spinach on top of the naan.
  4. Scatter halved cherry tomatoes and thinly sliced red onions over the spinach.
  5. Evenly distribute crumbled feta cheese atop the vegetables.
  6. Add sliced Kalamata olives and sprinkle dried oregano over the top.
  7. Place the assembled naan pizza on a baking sheet and bake for about 12-15 minutes.
  8. Once out of the oven, allow the pizza to cool for a minute and drizzle with balsamic glaze.

Notes

For a gluten-free option, use cauliflower crust instead of naan. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
