A delicious twist on traditional pizza using naan bread as the base, topped with vibrant Mediterranean ingredients.

- 2 pieces of naan bread
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, sliced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Balsamic glaze for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Brush both sides of the naan lightly with olive oil.
- Place a handful of fresh spinach on top of the naan.
- Scatter halved cherry tomatoes and thinly sliced red onions over the spinach.
- Evenly distribute crumbled feta cheese atop the vegetables.
- Add sliced Kalamata olives and sprinkle dried oregano over the top.
- Place the assembled naan pizza on a baking sheet and bake for about 12-15 minutes.
- Once out of the oven, allow the pizza to cool for a minute and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
Notes
For a gluten-free option, use cauliflower crust instead of naan. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
