Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the softened French salted butter, granulated sugar, and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the egg yolks and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and sea salt, then gradually mix it into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Scoop and shape the dough onto the baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
