Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream together the softened French salted butter, granulated sugar, and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg yolks and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and sea salt, then gradually mix it into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Scoop and shape the dough onto the baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are just turning golden.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
