  • Heavy Cream
  • Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the gnocchi until they float, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium heat and sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds.
  3. Add heavy cream to the skillet, stirring for 1 minute to heat and thicken.
