- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp peppermint extract
- 1 package chocolate graham crackers, crushed
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup crushed candy canes
Instructions
- In a zip-top bag, crush the chocolate graham crackers finely. Mix with melted butter until evenly moistened. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually mix in powdered sugar and peppermint extract. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until no streaks remain.
- Pour the cheesecake filling into the prepared crust, smoothing out the top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Before serving, sprinkle crushed candy canes on top. Optionally, drizzle with chocolate syrup.
