- 2 cups spinach or kale
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Chop vegetables and herbs.
- Sauté the Aromatics: Heat olive oil in a pot, add onions and garlic, sauté until translucent (about 5 mins).
