- 1 package instant chocolate pudding mix
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
- Crush the Oreos into coarse crumbs.
- Combine the crushed Oreos, softened cream cheese, melted butter, and eggs in a mixing bowl. Mix until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate pudding mix until just mixed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth it out.
- Bake for about 30 minutes, until the edges are set and the center is firm.
- Cool slightly before serving, optionally with vanilla ice cream.
Notes
